H.E. Abhisit Vejjajiva, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, became the Premier in the midst of the global financial crisis and the uncertain domestic political stability. Despite these challenges ahead, Thailand’s chairmanship of ASEAN constantly emphasizes people-to-people relationships and becoming a community. As one of our ASEAN counterparts, H.E. Abhisit Vejjajiva shared first hand insights into Thailand and the region.
