Asean and Asia Forum

ASEAN and Asia Forum (AAF) is an annual regional conference hosted by the SIIA for Singapore’s private sector to understand political, economic, and other strategic challenges facing the region. Each year, the forum is expected to host up to 400 participants consisting of experts, thought leaders, business professionals, government officials and academia.

AAF focuses on pressing issues within ASEAN and Asia which are pertinent to the business community. The forum will be of great value to corporations interested in regional business and the underlying politics and economic policies in ASEAN and Asia.

Singapore Dialogue on Sustainable World Resources

SIIA’s annual Singapore Dialogue on Sustainable World Resources (SWR), brings together policymakers, industry delegates, NGO representatives, academics and members of the media to discuss the latest opportunities and challenges in the pursuit of sustainable and equitable growth in Asia’s resource sector. Since the first Dialogue in 2014, the Dialogue has served as a key multi-stakeholder platform for featuring best practices, new commitments and noteworthy cross-sector collaborations.

Global Citizens in ASEAN Summit

The Global Citizens in ASEAN Summit aims to bring together internationally minded experts and decision makers from nine ASEAN member nations to share their views and encourage future leaders to be aware of the need to act and think globally, and remain engaged with ASEAN and the world. They are joined by young working professionals, public servants, researchers and others based in Singapore who will make up the next generation of Southeast Asian leaders.The SIIA hopes to engage young thinkers in current issues and create a platform for them to share their own views.
