SM Goh speaks in New Delhi on global trends, Asian regionalism

Singapore's Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong addressed delegates on March 20, 2010 at the Asia Society's 20th Corporate Conference in New Delhi, India.

SM Goh spoke about the new post-crisis norms, Asia's rise, and how to accommodate regional powers (such as the US) into existing Asia-centric multilateral institutions. SM Goh also discussed India's role in the region and how it must not only "Look East" (per its policy), but also proactively engage it.
